Where a code is shown it is the network's own code or HTTP status. Messages are abridged where Facebook's text is long.

Message
Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
What it means. The access token expired, was revoked, or the user changed their password or removed the app.
How to fix it. Reconnect the account. Siar marks it NEEDS_RECONNECT automatically.

(#4) Application request limit reached
What it means. The app-level rate limit was hit.
How to fix it. Wait; Siar retries automatically once the window resets.

What it means. The connected user made too many calls in the last hour.
How to fix it. Wait for the window to reset; spread scheduled posts out.

What it means. The Page hit its Business Use Case rate limit.
How to fix it. Wait; the reset time is in the error meta when Meta sends it.

(#613) Calls to this api have exceeded the rate limit.
What it means. A per-endpoint rate limit was exceeded.
How to fix it. Retry later.

(#10) Application does not have permission for this action
What it means. A required permission was not granted, or the app lacks Advanced Access.
How to fix it. Reconnect and grant every requested permission.

Message
(#200) Requires either publish_to_groups permission and app being installed in the group, or manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin
What it means. The user lacks the Page task (CREATE_CONTENT / MODERATE) or the permission for this call.
How to fix it. Ask a Page admin to give the connected user full control, then reconnect.

Message
(#100) Invalid parameter
What it means. A parameter was missing or invalid (bad URL, unsupported field, wrong id).
How to fix it. Check the post data; the message names the parameter.

The action attempted has been deemed abusive or is otherwise disallowed
What it means. Meta temporarily blocked the account from this action for policy reasons.
How to fix it. Review the content; the block lifts after a while.

Message
(#506) Duplicate status message
What it means. The same text was just posted to this Page.
How to fix it. Change the text or wait before posting it again.

Message
(#10) This message is sent outside of allowed window.
What it means. Messages can only be sent within 24 hours of the person's last message.
How to fix it. Wait for the person to message again, or use an approved message tag.

Message
This person isn't available right now.
What it means. The recipient blocked the Page or deactivated messaging.
How to fix it. Nothing to fix on our side.
Where to see an error
Read a failed post with GET /post/{id}: the error field summarises it, errors lists it per network and errorsVerbose keeps the detail. A post.published webhook fires when the post reaches a final state. Retry with POST /post/{id}/retry. Limits that Siar enforces itself are on the Facebook page.
