When Instagram rejects a request, Siar stores the network's own code and message on the post and returns it to you unchanged, so what you read here matches what you see in the API. Back to the Instagram API.
Where a code is shown it is the network's own code or HTTP status. Messages are abridged where Instagram's text is long.

Message
Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
What it means. The access token expired, was revoked, or the user changed their password or removed the app.
How to fix it. Reconnect the account. Siar marks it NEEDS_RECONNECT automatically.

Message
(#4) Application request limit reached
What it means. The app-level rate limit was hit.
How to fix it. Wait; Siar retries automatically once the window resets.

Message
(#10) Application does not have permission for this action
What it means. A required permission was not granted, or the app lacks Advanced Access.
How to fix it. Reconnect and grant every requested permission.
100
Message
(#100) Invalid parameter
What it means. A parameter was missing or invalid (bad URL, unsupported field, wrong id).
How to fix it. Check the post data; the message names the parameter.
9004
Message
Only photo or video can be accepted as media type.
What it means. Meta could not fetch or read the media at the URL.
How to fix it. Use a JPEG/PNG image or an MP4/MOV video; Siar serves it from a public URL.
36003
Message
The aspect ratio is not supported.
What it means. The image aspect ratio is outside 4:5–1.91:1.
How to fix it. Crop the image or enable autoCropImage.
9007
Message
Media ID is not available
What it means. The container was published before Meta finished processing it.
How to fix it. Nothing; Siar waits for the container to be FINISHED and retries.
2207042
Message
You reached maximum number of posts that is allowed to be published by Content Publishing API.
What it means. The account hit its 24-hour API publishing limit.
How to fix it. Wait until the oldest post in the window is 24 hours old.
2018278
Message
(#10) This message is sent outside of allowed window.
What it means. Messages can only be sent within 24 hours of the person's last message.
How to fix it. Wait for the person to message again, or use an approved message tag.
551
Message
This person isn't available right now.
What it means. The recipient blocked the Page or deactivated messaging.
How to fix it. Nothing to fix on our side.
Where to see an error
Read a failed post with GET /post/{id}: the error field summarises it, errors lists it per network and errorsVerbose keeps the detail. A post.published webhook fires when the post reaches a final state. Retry with POST /post/{id}/retry. Limits that Siar enforces itself are on the Instagram page.
